Our proven questions within the Experience area are related to evaluating the current experience of the agency.
Our proven questions within the Intention area are related to evaluating the future intention towards the agency.
Clients and employees are interested in being heard and acted towards individually, not just feel they are part of cluster data. Thus, our platform provide ratings, comments and progression transparently on an individual level as well as on an aggregated level. This enables agency leaders to act faster and better.
Each question is rated on a scale of 1-10 or N/A. The survey is setup with traffic light colors to assist participants in answering quicker and more in line with their expressions. Participants can share a comment to each question they rate.
We offer Health Checks and Pulse Checks for both clients and HR.
Health Checks are performed quarterly and contain 10 questions providing a holistic and diagnostic view of your relationships.
Pulse Checks are performed monthly and contain 2 questions providing high frequent, low touch view of your relationships.
